Clean Snowmobile Challenge Team

The Clean Snowmobile Challenge Team at the University of Idaho (UICSC) has traveled to attend the Society of Automotive Engineers Clean Snowmobile Challenge every year since 2000. This gives students the opportunity to participate in an internationally recognized engineering competition. The team strives to produce innovative solutions to make our snowmobile cleaner, quieter and more efficient, as well as practical for both manufacturers and snowmobilers alike.

This year one of our main projects is a rear-drive system for the track to improve efficiency. Our goal is to raise funding for some expensive parts such as belts, gears, tensioners, and drivers. The design is finished and modeling is well under way, but we need your support to bring this project to competition in March 2020. Your support will enable this student-led innovation and make a huge impact on our team's success at competition.
