Our Crowdfunding Groups
U of I Extension 4-H Robotics strives to promote, support and manage K-12 programs that engage Idaho students in high quality STEM activities. We provide competitive and non-competitive competitions for students and are an Idaho Affiliate Partner Organization for FIRST LEGO League Jr., FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge.
Across the state, we have over 1,600 students participating in our competitive programs with even more participating in our non-competitive 4-H robotics programs. Many students show interest in going on to receive post-secondary degrees in STEM fields, and studies show that students who participate in these types of programs are much more confident in their problem solving, teamwork and STEM skills.
We want to keep this program alive and affordable for Idaho youth. We want to keep participation fees low and rent equipment to new teams so they don't have to buy their own.
