Our Crowdfunding Groups
Thank you to everyone who has donated to the Geology Club, we really appreciate all the support you have all shown us!
The geology club is a group of undergraduates from both the University of Idaho and Washington State University. Most of our students are from the geology or geography departments but the club is open to students of all areas. Our goal is to provide educational and professional opportunities to our students to help them excel in their future careers. These opportunities include conferences such as GSA and AGU as well as mine tours and workshops that create networking opportunities. The Fundamentals of Geology Exam, is a licensing exam that our seniors can take that helps them in their professional careers. Our club helps guide them through the application process and study the materials necessary to succeed.
Currently our club is trying to raise funds toward professional development opportunities such as conferences and licensing exams. Your donation would help students cover application or registration fees to participate in these opportunities.
